Local Government By-election Results

Conservatives gained a seat from Liberal Democrats in Torbay. Labour gained a seat from Conservatives in Powys. Liberal Democrats gained a seat from Conservatives in Eden and gained a further seat from Conservatives in Tunbridge Wells. Scottish National Party gained a seat from Conservatives and held a seat in Fife and also held a seat in Highland. Plaid Cymru gained a seat from Labour in Neath & Port Talbot.
