Conservatives held a seat in Tonbridge & Malling and gained a seat from an Independent in Torridge. Labour gained a seat from Conservatives in Rotherham and from an Independent (who was originally elected Conservatives) in Bracknell Forest. Liberal Democrats gained a seat from Conservatives in both Tonbridge & Malling and Rotherham. The Green Party gained a seat from Conservatives in Tonbridge & Malling.
