Conservatives held a seat in Charnwood and gained a seat from the Liberal Democrats in East Cambridgeshire. Labour held a seat in Hammersmith & Fulham. Liberal Democrats held a seat in East Devon and in South Lakeland. The Resident Association of Cuddington held a seat in Epsom & Ewell.
