CCA London Rep, Cllr Selina Seesunkur, was joined by fellow CCA Board Member, Cllr Lewis Cocking, as well as Enfield Councillor James Hockney, and Bury Group Leader Nick Jones last week to share experiences and advice on how to continue to reach residents during the pandemic. With many activities that would normally take place face-to-face on hold due to current restrictions, councillors are having to do more online and virtually. In the widely-engaged session, Members heard about virtual surveys, setting up community groups online, using social media to promote your successes and work, and utilising videos to raise publicity on a particular cause or issue.

As the session was so well-received, we will be looking to hold further digital engagement webinars in the future, so please do keep an eye out for those on our Events page.
