Labour held seven seats: one seat each in Enfield, Fife, Islington, and West Dunbartonshire and three seats in Barking and Dagenham.
Liberal Democrats gained one seat from Sheffield Community Councillors (originally elected as Labour) and held two seats: one seat each in South Gloucestershire, and York.
